Sita Kapur opened Arlington Premier Realty in 2008 to fill a void in Arlington’s real estate services. She envisioned a full-service brokerage dedicated to providing the best service to clients through the hiring of Arlington-dedicated agents. Arlington Premier Realty prides itself on being a small boutique firm that is able to provide individualized attention to each client – an important detail that often gets lost when dealing with larger brokerages. Sita started her career as a Realtor and joined the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) in 1997. She became an Associate Broker in 2002. She holds several real estate related designations (CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, GRI – Graduate of the Realtor institute, ASP – Accredited Staging Professional). Additionally she holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BS) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) concentrating in finance.

Robert “Bob” N. Johnson Jr., Realtor
As a retired US Air Force officer, Bob’s many moves throughout his career provide valuable insight that help him better serve you. He experienced the same challenges you face as you buy, sell, or search for a new home. He purchased and sold detached single family homes as well as low and high-rise condominiums. As a former condominium board president in Hawaii and current vice-president in Ballston where he resides, he also understands the nuances of condominium ownership. To round out his experience, he holds both a BA in Political Science and a MS in Aviation Management. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Robin Bergman, Realtor
Upon graduating from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Robin pursued a career in the non-profit sector. Most recently she worked in Washington, DC as an assistant director of development, managing an annual fundraising campaign of over $10 million for an international non-profit. The intricacies of procuring large charitable gifts prepared Robin for the delicate process of negotiating real estate sales contracts. In her free time, Robin is an active member and leader in several Arlington community improvement programs. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Sushil Kapur, Realtor
Sushil has been a resident of Arlington since 2002. He had a long professional and managerial career in financial services in a corporate environment where strong negotiating skills and an ability to deliver high-quality customer service were major drivers for success. Having personally experienced many domestic and international relocations during his thirty-five years of corporate life, Sushil possesses deep understanding of housing needs of individuals and families, ranging from would-be first-time owners to more seasoned buyers and sellers of homes for personal residences or for investment. Widely traveled, multi-lingual with a multi-cultural background through family ties in South Asia and Europe, Sushil is well-equipped to bring that extra level of understanding and empathy that can be especially helpful to more recent arrivals to Northern Virginia from overseas.
